From my hometown of Wrexham I moved to Kent to pursue my venture in becoming a fully qualified farrier. I was lucky enough to carry out my apprenticeship with one of the highest qualified farriers and senior examiners of our trade. While attending Myerscough College for my assessments and exams over four years, this consisted of Anatomy of the horse, becoming more in depth below the knee and hock.
