We look forward to hearing from you soon, Karen McConnell THE YARD We are based at our own smart, well maintained and peaceful yard near Crook of Devon in Perth and Kinross (20 miles from the Forth Road Bridge, 15 miles from Perth, 12 miles from Gleneagles, 5 miles from Dollar). This yard was chosen because of the superb facilities and the wonderful setting. Our horses are really relaxed and happy here and have no doubt that yours will be too if they were to come to stay. We have a purpose-built airy barn of 21 spacious stables complete with individual windows, sliding doors, automatic water drinkers, revolving feeders, and vertical hay racks, large well-maintained fields and individual paddocks if your horse requires smaller turnout. Mares and geldings are turned out separately. Sadly, we do not have the facilities to offer livery for stallions. Set in 70 acres of grassland, we currently we boast a 20mx40m, floodlit, all-weather surface menage with post and rail fencing and the beautiful backdrop of classic Perthshire hills and glens, 6 furlongs of all-weather surface gallops and a mini cross country course.
