Monshall Horse Retirement Livery specialises in the care and wellbeing of retired horses and ponies. We offer 900 acres of lush grass livery set among the rolling Devon hills. Our service is 24/7, our attention individual. We care about our equine guests in the same way we care for the land itself on our organic farm. Environment The horses we care for graze peacefully together among the hills of our 900-acre farm. We also have smaller paddocks which limit the forage available for our lamantic group. All our residents are individuals, and are treated as such. The ponies and horses graze happily in groups, chosen to compliment their temperaments and needs. Our current guests range from 8 to 17hh, and from 7 to 53 years old. Some were family ponies, some show ponies or ex-racers and competition horses. They settle very quickly. We have horses living with us that have come up from the bottom of Cornwall and from as far away as Scotland and France.
